The heirs and successors of an insured person (hereafter "Beneficiary") or any person who was called upon to pay, since January 7, 2005, the costs of funeral services from a Funeral Home corresponding of those covered by said policy;

The heirs and successors of a Beneficiary or any person who contracted funeral services from a Funeral Home for a beneficiary or any person who will be called upon to pay, after the approval date, the costs of funeral services corresponding of those covered by said policy as wells as their heirs and successors.
